Chef Martina Delaguti founded the kitchen in 2021 with a simple but powerful mission: to bring the true essence of Mexico to every table in Grapevine.
Every dish Martina prepares carries the soul of her heritage. From the slow-cooked Cochinita Pibil to the freshly made antojitos prepared live at your event, each recipe honors the authentic techniques and ingredients that define Mexican gastronomy.
